International Co-operative Focbay Group Limited (ICFGL) is a co-operative society registered under the supervision of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Registration No. 4479. We unite people to build a new economy grounded in democracy, openness, partnership, and social responsibility.

International Co-operative Focbay Group Limited (ICFGL) aims to build an international, cross-sector co-operative network that brings individuals, entrepreneurs, co-operatives, businesses and institutions together around shared development goals. Its planned scope extends from local initiatives and national partnerships to cross-border co-operation, with gradual expansion guided by participants’ needs and capabilities—connecting local efforts with wider opportunities to exchange knowledge and work together.
We seek to support both development and the capacity for self-directed growth: building skills, sharing expertise, improving practices, and strengthening the ability to innovate, adapt and make independent decisions. Our vision includes supporting new ventures, helping established organisations develop their activities, and encouraging collaboration across economic sectors and social initiatives. The aim is to enable participants to sustain their own progress through growing capabilities, rather than external support alone.
Our ambition is for this co-operation to benefit more than individual organisations or sectors, contributing to community development and humanity’s shared progress. Guided by democracy, openness, partnership and social responsibility, we place people—and their ability to learn, create and develop—at the centre of our vision. We seek to broaden economic participation and turn shared knowledge and collective effort into opportunities with lasting value.
